Basically, we can use all fields for the search that are utilized and maintained within your HR system. So, if you want to use the “Federal State” field, that’s no problem at all. You can even create your own fields by defining a so-called free text field.
Do I then not need to maintain anything in Coveto / Softgarden / HR4U anymore?
Yes, you do. You will continue working in all systems as usual, just like before. Easy Job Sync automatically takes care of displaying the jobs on your website.
