Email Footer / Template

Under „Easy E-Mail Footer“ in the main menu, you’ll find the settings for the email template.

On the left side, one can HTML-Injections Add. This allows you to define „variables“ for your template. For example, you can use your employees„ or contacts“ names, email addresses or phone numbers in your template. Simply enter a name, select the relevant meta field from the drop-down menu and save (using the ‘save’ button).
You can then use the specified name in your template. It is advisable to choose a name that cannot be re-peated in plain text form (e.g., by using curly brackets or other special characters). For example, you could use {{vorname}} for the first name.

In the middle pane, you can create your template using the visual editor or the code view.

On the right, you'll then see the preview.

Settings

You can find the settings for the E-mail Footer in the WordPress Dashboard under „Easy E-mail Footer“ > „Settings“. Here you can activate the Easy vCard mode to allow Easy E-mail Footer to use all data from the vCard list.
