The person/employee data can be maintained in a clear list – also directly in WordPress. If you already have our Easy vCard Plugin uses, you can work with the existing employee list, so you don't have to maintain everything twice.
You can easily download the finished email footers for all individuals as a file or copy and send them as HTML from the backend.
